I would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness and affordability. It is located in Union Square in San Francisco. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was also very affordable and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Super pleasant experience overall. The building is a bit dated, but beyond that I have no complaints. I even took a bath which I rarely do.

Very old building that is creaking at the edges. No noise isolation - be ready to be woken up by sudden noises from nearby bathrooms.. (or bring some earplugs). No air conditioning, but they have a ceiling fan. However the room got very stuffy due to lack of ventilation. I couldn’t open windows to let fresh air .. the stuffiness was noticeable when you walked in.. Also, please be aware that a lot of nearby hotels are having employee strikes. So, there is a constant barrage of drums, clangs and slogans assaulting your ears. This is not the hotel’s fault, but something for the guests to know..

Nice place to stay, very centric with easy access to public transportation. Only downside: rooms are pretty small, so your are a little bit tight, but still very nice

Oh how I loved staying in this hotel!! Quiet and clean, friendly staff, the bellman took our bags right to the room with us upon arrival!! The cable car right out front was a huge bonus, especially for my first time in San Francisco. Hope to be back someday soon!

Great hotel and location. The city needs to solve the homeless people roaming on the streets situation, though. For the room equipment, I suggest they add a switch for the bathroom vent. Overall, a wonderful experience staying in this hotel.

We stayed for 3 days 2 nights and it was very convenient as it was a walking distance to the union square, lots of restaurants, and shopping mall in the area. The best part of our stay was the bed it was very soft and relaxing that I already slept at 7PM. Best sleep of my life! Exceptional customer service and will definitely come back again.

The staff here are the absolute best out of any hotel I've stayed at. They're kind and care about your stay. The hotel is clean at any hour (I'm serious, any hour) and the hotel bar is so much fun. The bartender Alicia is the best and creates a really fun atmosphere. I'll be back - beat hotel experience I've ever had.
