The condo was in a good location to beach and surrounding activities. The condo itself had all the kitchen needs and a washer and dryer. Never had an issue with parking, but we stayed at the end of March, so not sure if the busy season would affect that. The inside of the condo was clean, with exception of the floors. We noticed sand under foot as soon as we walked in. They do provide a vacuum, but our socks and feet turned dirty very quickly. That's my only complaint. Would stay again.

We enjoyed this space. It was well stocked not only in the kitchen but with beach things too. One thing to note is that it states there is a pull out couch, in order to sleep 6. There is not a pull out couch but an air mattress that we used. The staff responded quickly and were very friendly!

Enjoyed the warm pool and got to see 6 Space Launches from the roof. Had a side deck that even on cool days it was warm. The beach was nice and not crowded. Can say enough good things about maintenance.

Wonderful Location

The location was amazing. Easy walk to restaurants, shops, the pier and the beach. Everything was in good working condition, plenty of dishes, pans and other necessary items if you want to eat in. The unit and grounds are very clean. The furnishings are a little worn but comfortable which was relaxing, you didn't stress about putting your feet up! The unit manager is incredibly helpful and sent periodic info on upcoming events. There was a falcon heavy launch while we were there. The roof deck was excellent for watching the launch and even better for watching the boosters land. Cocoa beach itself is lovely, it's clean, quiet with lots of surfing to watch and not too crowded. This may be relative to when you go, we were there in October. Overall our visit was a very relaxing and enjoyable. I hope to go again and would gladly stay in the same unit.

Beach getaway after Disney World

Very nice condo! Great location! Beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and all you could imagine in the kitchen were included. We wanted to relax after a few days at Disney World. Had a great time in this condo, would book again for sure. Really easy drive from Orlando.

Cocoa Beach Ocean View Awesome

Was back to CB for 50th high school reunion. The committee had chosen Radisson at the Port, facing the Banana River. If you’re taking a cruise and are in/out overnight, that’s your place. If you want the beach, have longer to stay, and have only a 5 minute walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier, stay here! That’s what we wanted. All rooms have ocean view. Elevator! Pool! Unit 403 great price, clean, 2 BR, 2 bath, etc-as advertised. Zareh, the property’s rep, on site, is very good and helpful, even if he didn’t go the best high school ( COCOA HIGH SCHOOL😁- Cocoa Tigers ‘73 !!).Publix very close, as are restaurants . I grew up here, so recommend going to Port Canaveral to eat fresh seafood. Highly recommend Rusty’s Seafood & Oyster Bar. The Fischer family history goes back to 1948 with Bernard’s Surf. You can Google . Chateau by the Sea close to everything-the Port, Kennedy Space Center, the Pier). We may come back and spend a month next winter. Highly recommend!

Great location and quiet bedrooms

Nicely updated unit in an older building with private beach access and a beachside pool area. The balcony was lovely but air conditioner noise from neighboring units and buildings makes it less than ideal; the good news is the noise does not reach the bedrooms which were very quiet. The rooftop deck was amazing for watching launches and looking at the beach/ocean. Overall we had a great stay here.

Great Condo on the BEACH, near lots of Bars, Restaurants, stores, etc...

Wow what a great time we had there! The condo was great, two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. And nice kitchen, living room and outside deck with a partial view of the ocean. There’s a roof top seating area, great for sunny, looking at the ocean/beach and if you’re lucky enough to have a missile or rocket launch from Cape Canaveral (Kennedy Space Center) during your stay. There’s a pier next door to walk over to, to have lunch or dinner or a few drinks at the Tiki bar. And then we had a great dinner at Rusty’s Seafood & Oyster Bar, that was great!! The pool was very nice & clean. We took 4 mile walks on the beach, the sand was very clean, very little rocks/pebbles to bother our feet. Lots a bars, restaurants, and stores in the area. PS- The only problem we had was with the TV, which was USER ERROR, lol. We called Zareh for help, he was knocking on our door in minutes, and fixed my mistake in seconds. It was a great trip, great time. I would strongly recommend this condo, just do me a favor and don’t reserve it for the week we want to use it for our next trip!! John & Nancy

Family vacation

Château by the sea is a great place to stay while in cocoa beach. The roof top lounge is the best seat in the house for fabulous sunrises and beautiful sunsets. Our room was as described and very clean. It’s also close to some great little restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends or family. Thanks for stay!!
