Front desk staff terrific, Luana Yvonne, also maintenance staff. Room in the 100 block, was not impressive; curtains did not close were stained. Maintenance came to screw the curtain, with wood attached to fabric, to the window casing. Room had doors that adjoin to room on other side, other guest or something woke us early am playing with latch.

I stayed here the day before a cruise, it was convenient and the pool was cute, however it gives motel vibes inside the rooms. I want expecting that so I was a bit disappointed but it was clean, just a little outdated.

Fully Renovated Older style motel . They’ve done a good job renovating this motel . We had a comfortable one night stay before our cruise . Close to restaurants and the beach. The breakfast is great . Nice pool and lazy River.

For the price we paid we could have stayed somewhere MUCH nicer and cleaner. The pool and outdoor areas are beautiful! However the rooms and room locations are more of a motel feel definitely not a hotel. It’s very run down, very dirty, hasn’t been scrubbed down in a a while you could see built up dirt on the trims, corners, floors, stained bathtubs, ect. I asked for housekeeping from the front desk and they said “you check in yesterday so we don’t offer housekeeping everyday” I responded with “ok but I would like fresh towels, trash taken out, and some pillows” “well you’ll need to get her it all yourself and put it outside your door”. I’ve NEVER had that experience ever and I used to work in hotels. When we received our items it was only the pillows no towels and they were in a trash bag hanging on our door not even placed inside our room. Mind you the door has access to the public where people are walking to and from the beach. Floors inside the room definitely haven’t been cleaned in a while as I gave my son a bath and as soon as he got out his feet were already black and we just checked in not even 5 hours prior. Very very disappointing and will not ever recommend nor stay at this location ever again.
