Coco Sands Studio #2

Studio #2 is a cozy and bright studio just south of Downtown Cocoa Beach. 1 Queen bed at the back of the studio, with open living and kitchen area up front. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, and utensils. Adjacent to the bed is the bathroom complete with tub and shower, soap, shampoo, conditioner, vanity, sink, and toilet. Plenty of space for two adults. Living area has a pullout sofa with Queen bed as well! Ideal for families of 4 or less. Towels and linens provided, beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys are available for free shared used among our guests! Outdoor patio area with umbrellas, shared loungers, as well as coin operated laundry onsite.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Dog-friendly studio dog-friendly beach

Excellent safe location around the corner of a dog-friendly beach. Decent and friendly neigbours as there are 4 adjacent studios. AC had issues and we only wanted to use it to take out the humidity after showers. We would stay here. May be the price could be a bit lower

Cute , well cared for studio about 1 1/2 blocks from the beach access. Worked great for the two of us.

While convenient to beach. Neighborhood and cleanliness of condo was not good. No place at all for our dog to potty. Had to go down the street every time she had to go.

Wonderful cozy cottage

Your place was decorated so cute and beachy. It had everything you will need to feel "at home" perfect for a stay close to the beach. nice size bathroom and a wonderful walk-in closet. We parked on the side of the building close to the street and that was ok. Within walking distance to the beach.
