We stayed here for 2 days after our cruise first night I didn’t sleep someone was having a party and the music was to loud the music didn’t stop until 2am. Breakfast was ok. Staff was great they allowed us to check in early. The young man at the desk was great. Walked to the beach was a 2 min walk .

Truly exceeded our expectations. The staff at the front desk were extremely polite and helpful. The room was much larger than expected. Very clean and well decorated. There was a huge heated pool. And it was close to the pier, restaurants and shopping!!

I especially liked that you could walk right out to Cocoa Beach Pier and access the beach and restaurants on the pier and restaurants right nearby. The facility itself was small, dated, but well kept. The breakfast was good, again a small eating area but good food. The service was excellent. I would certainly stay there again.

Nightmare
Room was dirty. Had hairs on the floor in bathroom, dead bugs in light fixture in bathroom. Room door had a 3-4” gap at the bottom. Sand in and on the beds because they never changed the sheets. Had cockroaches on ceiling and floors. Wire hanging out of portable a/c unit. Toilet didn’t flush right. Would not recommend.
