Our room was in need of renovations, the bed frame was broken and dangerous for kids to be around. The were major hot water and water pressure issues. Multiple times me and my family could only get luke warm water with almost no water pressure. Other times it was scalding or icey no in between. Staff were awesome despite seeming like they could use more hands.

The staff was extremely helpful. It was awesome that you could text them questions. The beach is basically outside the door. Slightly inconvenient that you had to walk across the lot to the other hotel for the hot tub but it wasn’t too big of a deal.

Great location for the beach. Breakfast options are limited and isn’t great. Abdullah was really lovely and very helpful on the front desk. Unfortunately my family didn’t get the same service from Virginia who was actually quite rude and didn’t seem to enjoy her job at all. Not a customer service orientated person. Would have marked the service higher otherwise.

It gets the job done. It is a bit dirty. I attribute this to it being very close to the beach. I feel like many beachfront or beach view hotels and resorts tend to struggle to keep things clean.

The toilet in our room was leaking, there were dead bugs in the bathroom light fixture and there was black mold on the bathroom wall. The staff was not alarmed and told me it was probably just mildew. The "free" breakfast was less that average.
