We take pride in our cleaning, sanitizing and staging protocols. The condo is thoroughly inspected before AND after each guest's visit. We make sure all aspects of the condo is absent of items that have been broken or missing and stains on furniture and/or laundry. We know things happen while on vacation but we need to keep the condo in the best condition possible. All missing or broken items, all laundered items with stains will be charged to the guest for replacements.

The condo and property are beautiful, but the owner is a problem. We could tell she was high-strung from her instructions, so we bent over backwards to keep it clean, and did a great job. We told her we left a day early to give her options for her next guest. For our courtes

We had a wonderful vacation and this rental at Cocoa Beach is beautiful. There seemed to be a lot of strict-ish rules but understand that sometimes they are needed. Our family enjoyed everything. Thankful to share this time and home with the grand babies.

Very Nice Condo with Great View
The view is great and the condo has extremely well equipped bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Beach access is easy and the condo has what you need for the beach (toys, umbrella etc.) We found Cocoa Beach to be a good location for the beach plus access to Disney, Kennedy Space Center and St. Augustine.

My birthday getaway with the guys softball tournament
I cannot express how happy I was with Jennifer and her condo! She is one of the bests hostesses I've ever had and hoping to have the opportunity to come back again for a future stay. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!
I have so many good things to say about this property/experience, I don’t even know where to begin… First, Jennifer the property manager was fantastic! From the time I booked through the end of our stay, her communication and attentiveness was outstanding! The property is absolutely beautiful, and the space was perfect for my family. We couldn’t believe how much space there was, and it’s stocked with all the basics and then some. The balcony views are stunning, and we were even able to see a rocket launch right from the balcony during our stay! There are tons of restaurants and stores within walking distance, and there is even a book of food and attractions in the unit for those who don’t know the area. This is the third time my wife and daughter and I have stayed in Cocoa Beach, and this was by far our favorite place - my mom and dad and niece (first time visitors) loved it too! Next time we visit, we will definitely be looking this place up again! Our time in Cocoa Beach could not have been better! Thank you - we’ll be back!!!

This was our first stay in Cocoa Beach, and it did not disappoint. The condo was very nice and ideally located. Beach access and pool were great, and the balcony view outstanding. Family Vacation 2022
The location was perfect and close to everything we needed including grocery, gas and restaurants. The condo was very clean also and had a great view off of the balcony. Though the storm guards on the balcony had screw heads sticking out of the bottom and two of us stubbed our toes on two separate occasions. The bedrooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was some sort of pill found on the floor in one of them but otherwise very nice. Would highly recommend and will be back again!
