My stay was terrible. Upon checked in there were two workers. One was helping another customer and the other one was not paying attention to me. She started to walk towards the back and then came back and called someone. It was pretty rude! At least let me know that she will help me or get to me when she is done. I felt completely ignored. We had the two bedroom suite and it was terrible! The shower was dirty and the sink in the common area was dirty. Water was left behind from the previous customers! In the morning, we went for breakfast and it took forever! There wasn’t a lot of people, there were three people ahead of us and we waited for 15 minutes. We decided to just leave and have breakfast elsewhere. This property looked nice when I booked it, but the staff were rude!

I called awhile before our trip to make sure everything was good after the hurricane and was told all facilities were up and running. Got there and found out restaurant was closed. Food was great and enjoyed tiki bar but we were very disappointed that restaurant was closed. It’s one of the reasons we chose that particular resort. We like an on-site restaurant! Otherwise all was good.

My time was limited on the property as I essentially checked in, went to bed, and woke up to check out for a cruise. There seemed to be plenty to keep busy at the hotel and the rooms were large. The bedroom situation was strange. It was two beds crammed in a small room with almost no space or bedside storage. It did not feel very maintained. Crumbs and debris all over the bed so it definitely was not cleaned well after the previous guest. The shower essentially floods the bathroom because there is no barrier from the shower to the rest of the bathroom floor except a curtain. There were gaping holes in the shower wall where it appeared the handle previously was and it wasn’t filled in

We loved it here, we didn’t realize when we booked that it was a Villa and it had a complete kitchen. We would probably come back just to enjoy all the resort has to offer instead of just staying there before our cruise. The only thing was they tried to get us into a timeshare but a quick No thank you was sufficent.

The hotel has such great potential, but upon opening our hotel room, we were greeted with several roaches. These weren’t the Florida palmetto bugs, these were cockroaches. We were all very tired after a long delayed flight and it was 3am with a 8am wake up call to board our cruise ship. It’s such a shame because the property has great potential.

We enjoyed the pool area and the lazy river. Room was clean, and perfect for what we needed. Didn’t like having to wait for parking pass so they can upsell to vacation club. With a 4 pm check in and 10 am check out, a 20 minute wait for a parking pass is a rediculous waste of valuable time. Overall enjoyed our one night stay.

The staff was wonderful, but I was extremely disappointed on how I felt like the hotel was trying to take advantage of me. I booked a 1 bedroom villa for my birthday, I am aware that I was going to be given 6 bands for amenities for my stay and was okay with it. I called and ask if it was possible to get an additional 4 bands for my family to visit and they have two little children. I was told I can upgrade my room if I want more bands and that they could not give me more because they were not staying there (okay, I understand). I also, did not want to pay $100 to upgrade and then risk it raining and the pool get closed. (Sept 11, weather was TERRIBLE this day in Cape Canaveral) And that is what I told them. Then they were also like the hotel is over occupancy as well and just started to give me excuses. When I checked in, the parking lot was half full. The POOL area was basically empty, and I was super bummed not to experience this the way that I had planned. More money could have been spent at the hotels bar and restaurant with my whole family there vs a room upgrade. We decided to drink and dine elsewhere and not use the amenities.
