The staff genuinely seem happy all the time. Great breakfast with baked muffins, fruit and eggs. Coffee/ tea 24 hrs and honor system bar! Laid back quiet place with atmosphere. Highly recommend the Inn and I never write reviews

Best kept secret.......until now....
Best part about this place is that it's ADULTS ONLY! If you want a place to escape your hectic life then this is the place for you!!! Only having 50 guest rooms gives this place the ability to provide a quiet, clean and serene atmosphere. This is an old property with a lot of charm! The room was small but adequate with our sliding door facing the ocean. There's a lot of brush in the way but we could still see a little bit of the ocean on the 2nd floor. Very soothing instrumental music plays all day in the pool area inviting one to rest and relax. The breakfast is served in a large dining room on glass plates and bowls and coffee and juice served in glass cups/mugs as well. They make 2 different types of individual quiches each morning along with a muffin. There is also an egg station with a small boiling pot of water and timers allowing guests to boil eggs to their liking. There is an area with yogurt and granola. Fresh fruit is cut by the staff and available each day. There's bread and english muffins that you can toast yourself. For an hour each day they serve complementary wine and cheese in a lobby area. There's a complementary pitcher of sweet tea in the lobby during the day. We didn't use the honor bar but it looked looked nice. There is a small beach parking lot between the hotel and the beach that you have to walk through but it is only a short walk. They have beach towels, umbrellas and chairs that you can use.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and the staff could not have been better. I would have liked a microwave and mini fridge in the room, but other than that, our room was perfect. Breakfast was amazing! Wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a fantastic hotel right on the beach and close to all amenities at Cocoa Beach. Our room (103) had a patio door straight out to the pool which had very comfortable furniture and umbrellas. Our plan was to stay 5 nights in a row but with the approaching hurricane we had to quickly rearrange our stay, the staff were absolutely fantastic in changing the dates of our last three nights stay after our ‘evacuation’ to Fort Lauderdale. We came back to the same room albeit to a major power outage due to the hurricane. The power did eventually come back on and we were able to enjoy our last three nights. All the staff were superb especially the reception and breakfast staff. A special shout out for the breakfast lady who bakes her quiches every morning and to the two resident dogs and parrots. I cannot praise this hotel hotel and its staff enough and we will definitely be going back if only for the daily cheese and wine at 1700 which was a great opportunity to speak to other guests. If you are going to Cocoa Beach book this hotel ! Ian and Pauline Farquharson

Oasis in a storm ..
It’s the people within it that makes a hotel incredible and Larry and his team are those people … they worked round the clock to ensure that we were safe during the hurricane …they worked around the clock to ensure this beautiful hotel was up and running afterwards… it’s not like a hotel it’s like staying with family .. it’s also a little quiet oasis .. couple of steps from the beach and the nearest restaurants .. breakfast is a delight ..in short it’s a place to chill-out .. so many positives no negatives here … would recommend and stay here again in a heartbeat
