Wifi connection was really poor, we booked 2 rooms together but they put us in different different blocks, where the one room has terrible wifi connection , and they don’t gave you a permanent spot for your parking , u need to drive around to find the spot for your car. Other then that everything else was fine.

I like how close to Coffs it is. I like the short walk to a beautiful beach, the pools on site and the tennis courts, golf course and basketball courts. The surrounding gardens and grounds are very well kept. The restaurant is a short walk away and the meals are excellent and reasonably priced. The unit was clean, and although a little dated was a great place to spend a few days. Would be more than happy to come back again, next time for longer.

Property was nice. great location. check-in and communication very commercial. property too big for being personalised. turnover more important than care - my impression. I had a problem with bed, very conflicting messages and answers, contradicting statements. Not helpful when a problem arises. Property too big. Place was clean and great view from balcony. Kitchen was equipped with bare essentials. For proper cooking a lot of utensils missing.

lovely place, the room had a couple of challenges
Lovely place and stay but the TV would not tune- not sure if it was because of the weather but very dissaponting, and the air conditioning continually turned off after 3 mins manking it vey uncomfortable during the night.

Incredible grounds gardens and facilities …beautifully maintained. Room is fine only half renovated .. bed is comfy and clean. Things that need improvement are lack of loo paper, no kettle and no pod machine for coffee. Had to heat up water in a microwave. And need access to ice machine or ice in freezer.

we got a wheelchair friendly room which meant we had a shower curtain that did not prevent water getting on the rest of the floor in the bathroom between the door and the toilet. Patio slider was very hard to open. Besides the above comments the room was quite large and quiet.
