Lovely room however the bed was too hard for my liking. Lifts would be handy as there were a lot of stairs to climb especially once the pool area was locked as our room was on the far side of the pool which added multiple flights of stairs to get there. Parking was awful with nowhere near enough Carpark to accomodate the number of rooms. We were unfortunately placed in a room that could have been converted to a family suite and the people in the other part of the room were very loud and inconsiderate at 5am when leaving their room. While Staff were friendly and welcoming and had no control over this, it has still put us off returning.

After booking we were told the only restaurant was closed. I emailed and asked for other local options or a discount on the pizza (the only thing available) - got no response. It was too late we were coming. We then paid $50 for two reheated frozen pizzas. They were terrible. Horribly overpriced for what the place is. Will not be back

The facilities where good and the staff where very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. The pools were great and the grounds looked fantastic. The room was a bit dated and there was a hole in the sink. Breakfast was a great deal

it was ok. we were early and sent to the pool bar for snacks however were not allowed a towel to sit by the pool?! Restaurant was unavailable that night because they had a function. ok fine but they couldnt even sell us a bottle of wine. quite strange. but my biggest complaint is that there is a fridge in the room that is empty. there was no water avaialble and we were in near heatwave conditions. not great. very disappointed and def would not recommend.

Excellent grounds to walk around, however not close to town. Would be good if there was a footpath on the main road. Gym should be open earlier. For those ppl who rise early and need to travel it’s very inconvenient to open at 8am. 5 or 6am would be better.

The staff were amazingly helpful when I asked the king bed turned into 2 single beds Had a pizza at the restaurant and it was really delicious Great place to stay!
