The room was clean and of a reasonable size. The staff member who greeted me was lovely. Unfortunately, my room was next to the laundry which was in use until 10.30 pm. It was very noisy as whoever was using the machines didn't bother to close the doors and lids quietly. It would be appropriate for the laundry to be closed at a reasonable time, perhaps 8.30 pm. Other issues I found were that the tap on the vanity basin was loose and the powerpoints under the side tables did not have Australian 3 pin plugs. The earth was round. I don't believe this is legal. I was also unable to adjust the air conditioner which was too cold, so I had to turn it off. It appears that some renovations may have been done but these, mostly small things let the property down.

Door to unit was jammed had to push with shoulder to open it. Floor boards in bathroom were uneven and had a section you didn't want to stand on in case your foot went through it as it dipped and lino was broken.
