Bedding had stains on all layers including bloodstains - discovered too late to rectify. Mini fridge does not sufficiently cool to safe temperature. Bathroom had not been cleaned properly - rust, mildew and other stains. We have booked for our way back journey out of necessity and hope our next room improves! We are so so grateful for pet friendly accom but biohazard is not okay.

This was a great find for a stopover for our family of 4. Easy access to main supermarkets and shopping centres by a 8 minute walk. Check in was easy and friendly. It was great having access to online streaming services on the tv and having wifi. The room was clean and my husband was impressed that having cream was supplied! We found out later that we had access to the Anytime Fitness Gym down the road, but that was also a pleasant surprise! There’s also a great brewery 5 min walk away, funnily next to the gym. My only constructive feedback was that our cups and some other items were not clean and it was a bit noisy by some locals and traffic from the highway. But I would definitely stay here again.

I often get here at the ridiculous time of night and they always manage to leave a key for me in the lockbox. I really appreciate that it’s very quiet and comfortable in spite of often being really busy. The parking is easy sometimes I get in so late that it’s a bit full, but there is parking out the back as well. The place is really comfortable, comfortable bed, it’s really clean. If you’re doing a stopover near Coffs, it really is the easiest one of all of them.
