Musty and cold room
The hotel put us in a room on a higher floor, which I believe was technically an upgrade. The room itself, however, smelled very musty, more so than an average hotel. Then, during the night, the heat was practically off. I adjusted the thermostat to above 80, but it was around 60 degrees throughout the night. The room appeared clean, but nothing is worth getting sick from mold or cold-- I will not be staying here again.

Staff was friendly and courteous. The room was very clean and enjoyed my stay with family. thanks for making it memorable. Couple of things if it can be looked into. 1) No microwave in the room. can you please have one to heat the food 2) The breakfast was not great. The pancakes were not freshly made and were stale. I was hoping to start the day with good breakfast but did not happen.

This was a beautiful property. Very nice. However, functionally as it relates to my stay and needs the property was lacking some things. First, there was no microwave in the room. The closest and only microwave was on the 1st floor in the snack shop. Second, the room lighting was dim due to design concept. Third, there were not any free ice machines on site. The ice on site had to be paid for at the snack shop.

The thermostat wasn’t working and the room was extremely hot. We turned it down to 60 and still didn’t cool down. The room was extremely dark. Had to ask for a lamp. No luggage stands in the room. The fridge didn’t stay closed so came back to the room and everything was warm.
