The A/C wasn't working in my room. The first two days were warm in DC that's why I didn't notice. I didn't tell the staff because I didn't want to move rooms. I had only 4 nights in DC.

The hotel did not honor the info in the Special Instructions section of my reservation. The hotel representative stated I needed to contact Travelocity to correct the problem. The hotel did not honor the breakfast or dinner that states it is included under the special Instructions. Guests booked in breakfast included rate plans receive breakfast for up to 2 adults who are sharing a guestroom. Breakfast fees apply for additional guests. I dont know what to do for the hotel to honor what is in these Instructions.

The info says pet friendly but it is more like pet tolerant. I called TWICE to be sure our room was on the 1st floor and was never told that it would be the third floor at best. We were traveling with a puppy and would have chosen a different hotel without the need of an elevator. Other than that, this is a very nice place with friendly people. Cashless, though, without a way to get tip change.

8:30am knock
It’s the morning after a long day of work the day before, and you’re hoping to take advantage of your late checkout. You had covered the window with curtain, and you’re snugly in the bed in pitch dark. Suddenly, you hear knocking on the door. You look at the clock and it’s 8:30am. Confused, you go to the door, half-naked, and a cleaning crew is standing outside. She asks you when you are checking out… The hotel needs to train their staff properly in hospitality.

Everything was wonderful. Checking in was a breeze and dinner was good but theres always room for improvement. At the bar and ordered a margarita pizza . First of all it was a flatbread pizza and the menu didnt say flatbread. So i expected a traditional round pizza. No big deal but to not put fresh basil on it was a joke for 18 bucks. I would stay there again.
