We had a great time. Only a couple minor complaints. First, the room sort of smelled like cigarettes at first, but seemed to taper away pretty quick once the AC was on for a little bit. One of the bedside outlets also did not work, but not a big deal. There wasn’t much lighting in the room, so at night, even with all the lights on, it was still pretty dim. Besides that, it was great. The staff was friendly, and there’s a little store in the lobby with everything you could possibly need, at great prices. I would stay here again.

Expedia claims breakfast was included. Was charged $20 per guest for breakfast. No ice machine, needed to get ziploc bags of ice from lobby. Refrigerator falling out of cubby. Bathroom mirror falling off wall. Staff was friendly. Good, safe, location.

The property is literally falling apart. Room smelt of cigarettes' smoke (in both rooms we got). Everything is super old. Elevator button is cracked. Missing sink stopper... I have never seen a brand hotel in a worse shape.

I can only leave a 1 star review and that is being generous as I arrived into DC from the other side of the country, only to be informed that my hotel reservation was canceled with no notice. This seems to be a common occurrence with this hotel and no compensation or offer of assistance was done by the hotel. Luckily expedia helped find my son and i a place to stay for our trip
