There was cockroaches in our room. The pictures that are on here are a misrepresentation of what you are getting. When we did move rooms there was stains on the carpet as well as on the walls. Fitness center was dirty and neglected.

I stayed one night at this hotel on a Saturday. It was terrible. My room 1007 was next to the presidential suite on the last floor. There was a wedding that night in the ground room of the hotel then few people had their 'after-party' at the presidential suite. As one can imagine, they were drunk and noisy as hell, they even put loud music. The room I stayed was connected to that suite by a door, so one can hear everything they do. I had work the next day and had to sleep well but I couldn't, tried to talk to the folks they didn't care, which may be 'understandable' given that they probably had a deal with the hotel folks as at some point the hotel staff was bringing them drinks and stuff to their room, (even a lot of bottles using the baggage cart). After many complaints and almost a confrontation with one of the wedding guys, the front desk moved us to a different room. This whole drama took 2.5hours. Very terrible management I would say, the manager or whoever assigns room to guest should have left that room empty.

So much noise in the night!! I think the hotel rent some area make party's in the night 🌙 and day amd make alot noise hard to sleep in the night and also when has party's in the hotel no parking anywhere in the area of the hotel or around. So afraid parking little far away of the hotel So much noise im the night in the hote .

The noisy air conditioner kept me awake all night. I overlooked some reviews that mentioned the outdated and loud unit, and unfortunately, I paid the price, staying up all night and feeling tired the next day. The bed was comfortable, though the furniture could use some updating.

Hotel was dated but doable. Cleanliness was average, some missed areas but no bugs or pests. Area was ok, right off the highway with food options within a 5 minute walk though everything else required a car. The front desk attendant (forgot his name) was extremely personable and attentive to our needs and even assisted in extending our stay last minute. However, the was rude in dealing with a minor mixup with the extension the following day. She refused my partner entry into the room despite his card being on file and used for both the initial booking and extension and argued with him in the lobby. She then contacted me to verify his access during a point where I was dealing with a difficult situation and had to maintain far more courteousy and grace during both. I understand bad days but far too many managers and execs are lacking in customer service, conflict resolution skills and just plain kindness these days.

I don’t recommend this hotel. I arrived and got the room around 8pm. The room had drops of blood in the bathroom sink and on hand towels. I called the front desk and asked to get someone to clean. The housekeeper never showed up. Never had such bad experience

This is a very decent property with a lot provided to make a stay very decent for very reasonable prices. However it is a bit of distance from New Carrollton Station and the area does get unsafe at night but there's great amenities also near the hotel too for food and shopping.
