I have had 3 boys attend A&M over the last 12 years and have stayed here several times... Each time it gets worse and I will not return again. Dead and unkept landscaping, fences/gates around the trash area were broken and down, no one at front desk (we had to wait 3 times) and the breakfast this time was a joke. Dried up oatmeal at the bottom of pan, out of eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns completely with 1 1/2 left in advertised serving time. We asked when they would be putting more out, and they said they were not going to because it was too close to closing. No healthy options, dry white bread laid out and that's it. VERY disappointed in the stay. Now I know why its rated a 3.8.

Property is tired. Parking lot lights did not work. Water pressure super strong, but painful in shower. Room had strong odor akin to sour milk. Son found crumbs in his bed. Bed was comfortable. Coffee in morning was hot and tasty. Staff was friendly.

The lamp in the bathroom out of 3 light bulb only one was working. The roof looks like it was repaired but the finishing texture does not look good. The rest was great excellent AC and the beds are super nice.

furniture broken in room, wifi did not reach room, pool nasty, front desk personnel untrained and inattentive - was visiting with family in lobby instead of responding to dinged bell, front desk allowed person go into kitchen after hours to eat (unclean and stealing food), electric plugs on bed did not work, bath soap container in room was empty, an overall terrible experience.
