Valerie at the front desk was extremely helpful, patient and kind. There was an issue with my booking through hotels.com. I had a receipt for my payment but the hotel had not received payment. There was way too much back and forth between hotels.com, La Quinta and Expedia (3rd party involved if you do anything through hotels.com apparently). Valerie was on the phone with both parties several times (for over an hour!) and stayed extremely calm and polite to both. The payment finally came through but it was an issue on Expedia's end, not Valerie’s. I will not use hotels.com in the future. Valerie’s customer service was impeccable and I’m grateful for her help. Our room, however, smelled like mildew and the bedding did too. The shower was very hard to turn on.

My first room was disgusting duty no clean sheets I found socks on the bed trash under the bed cockroaches all over the room I notified the front desk they moved me to another room and it was in the same condition with cockroaches all over the room unfortunately it was to late to find out other hotel close to the university

I was really happy with overall. Front desk and staff very nice. Room cozy, clean and comfy. Was a little disappointed that pool was not open it was one of the reason I opted for this hotel. It should be posted whether or not it is open

This is a terribly rin down property. Gross by any estimation. So bad in fact, we left to find other accommodations. We should receive a refund to be honest. The staff was kind enough and apologetic, but there was no housekeeping available. The room was not clean. There was trash all over the property.

The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Dirty. Paint chipping and discolored. My non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. The only water to drink was from a vending machine in a different building. I will never stay at La Quinta inn again and do not trust hotels.com.
