There was a problem with the elevator. It skipped our floor multiple times. We took the stairs down, but the door to the first floor was then locked. We had to exit a side door of the building. The walls are very thin. We heard every conversation in the hallway in the middle of the night.

This hotel has terrible customer service. I booked on hotels.com, and I accidentally chose the wrong date when booking. I contacted the hotel to remedy the mistake immediately, but they told me I had to go through hotels.com since that is where I booked it. I did, and the people at hotels.com were incredibly accommodating. They tried everything to get the hotel to change the date, but the people at the hotel kept hanging up on them. This was incredibly bad customer service considering I was not trying to cancel, but merely trying to change the date by one day. I did not stay there and had to pay for the night.

My stay was good, Bed was comfortable. The A/C wasn't very cold and water was lukewarm, Im hot water person. I was on the 2nd floor and unfortunately, i "KING KONG" walking above me but after that person went to bed it was a peacefully stay. ( one night)

We really enjoy this hotel. This was our second time here. It is always very clean, calm, and friendly. However, some of their renovations were less than impressive. Our shower door kept sliding open, one of our dresser drawers did the same and the new metal platform beds, while very comfortable, squeak a lot. The lobby coffee was also extremely unimpressive, super weak, almost watery. But as I said, we really enjoy the hotel. Even with a few small irritations, it still is one of our favorites amongst the many different College Station hotels with have stayed with.

Clean property. Loved that entire property had no carpet including the rooms. Parking lot was well lit. Cons you can hear movement above . Curtains also do not block out sunlight. I would stay here again !
