Please ensure you get a confirmation of reservation from Expedia for any bookings. Their system failed to provide one, the reservation was forgotten as a result and the hotel applied charges. Expedia subsequently refused to accept any liability and left me £400 out of pocket. Shocking service.

Das Hotel hat ein ansprechendes Design. Es ist sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt sogar einen Fitnessraum und Sauna. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der S-Bahn. Personal freundlich und die Rezeption durchgehend besetzt. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Die telefonische Erreichbarkeit ist sehr schlecht. Egal wann man anruft kommt fast immer eine automatische Ansage, sie rufen außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten an. Selbst sofort nach dem ein Anruf vom Hotel, den ich nicht sofort annehmen konnte, sprang bei meinem Rückruf der Anrufbeantworter an und keiner ging ran
