Check in process was slow and took about 25 mins. It seemed that there was constantly some sort of private party in the pool area with incredibly loud music which could be heard throughout the hotel even into the early hours of the morning. Doors to rooms were not sound proofed at all. Rooms were a good size but not the cleanest. Staff were very friendly however.

Good service, friendly staff, great location. Been staying at the same hotel for all my trips to Sri Lanka, Royal Thai is the best restaurant i have been to for Thai food in Sri Lanka. Must try.

This hotel is very conveniently located. A great place to stay whilst visiting colombo. There is a wide variety of sumptuous food in the breakfast buffet. There are also 4 other restaurants to choose from.
