They were renovating the whle hotel, wet paint everwhere, they could not aanswer our questions (such as where is the nearest dry cleaners) they charged GST and a resort levey!!!!!!!!!! Thanf God we booked in April, so our room was at the very end on 3rd floor facing a large green space so it was very guiet, their free so call breakfast in the morning had so few tables, you felt uncomfortable to have a cup of coffee, for there were tons of families with children waiting in line, just no room throughout property qnd no pool.

The bedspread are very wrinkly and face towels has pubic hairs/hairs stuck on it. The breakfast room is too small and there was only 1 person working in there.

The hotel was under renovations. The continental breakfast consist of toast eggs and a yogurt machine and pancake machine. Arriving there- people were loitering and drinking. The parking spots were so small. Knowing what I know now I will book not something based on convenience.

Not super sound proof. Our ac/heat unit in the room wouldnt shut off throughout the night and was very loud, we could not sleep. The tap in the bathroom barely would run the water, very slow streamed. It was fairly clean but the shower did have hair and mold in the corners. The bed also was not made very "hotel like" and was wrinkled looking like someone had layed in it before we got there. Free breakfast was very limited; pancakes, boiled eggs and cereal. Some guests with noisy dogs, which I suppose is to be expected in a pet friendly place. The one gentleman that was working the front desk the night we checked in was friendly. The girl when checking out was not overly friendly and didn't seem to care about the not great stay. Wifi was also super horrible, would kick me off constantly on my phone and have to reaccess it. They shouldnt state they have free wifi when they are just using the malls wifi across the street.
