It offers everything we require. It is right off Interstate 25 so it is easy to access. The staff has always been kind and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The breakfast has something that everyone can enjoy. There is a good restaurant right across the parking lot.

On the day of my stay me and my wife arrived several hours early before check in so we could see where we were going to be staying. The room was nice and the hotel was clean. We were shown the pool and the hot tub area which was one of the reason we chosed the hotel. However, the pool and the hot tub were closed for maintenance! I tried calling the manager several times and wasn't able to reach her. I call today 10/28/25 at 3:12 pm and no one answered the phone! Poor customer service!

I chose this hotel because of the location & high reviews given by previous guests. However after my 2nd night here, I was met with 1) uncleanliness and 2) unprofessionalism from Jeff, the front desk attendant. At midnight, I found a LIVE bedbug crawling in my bed. I collected the bed bug in a cup to report to the front desk attendant. I was immediately met with defensiveness from Jeff, as his first response was “I have worked in the hotel industry for 25 years and that is not a bed bug”. He then suggested that I can either have my room changed or I can leave. Furthermore stating my concerns were merely “an opinion”, and “that is just a bug in a cup”. Very rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional service coming from a supposed manager of this establishment. After a few minutes of back and forth, Jeff provided keys to a new room. While in the midst of moving my belongings to the new room (no offer to assist moving my belongings by the way), I had already been attempting to wash my clothes in the washing machine for 2 hours because after 2 cycles, my clothes were still sopping wet. I brought this to the attention of Jeff once more, to which his response was “Well that is a brand new machine. All other guests that have used the machine have had no issues. You're the first person.” There was no form of assistance or hospitality from Jeff at all, and instead I was met with impudence. I don't recommned this place if you're not up for bed bugs and wringing out your clothes at 1am.
