Filthy. We were in a no pet, non smoking room. There was a cigarette burn in the sheets, on the bathtub, and on the toilet seat! It had tweakers everywhere , and someone digging through trash cans for cigarettes, which was sleeping outside on the lawn.
This hotel needs to be condemed, I'm actually going to call the city and demand they go shut them down . Security locks missing not in place , dirty disgusting walls with God knows what splattered all over the place missing electrical outlets and devices. I would add photos but it's not letting me click to open the link to add them
I’m still waiting on them to give me a refund, they still haven’t responded and Expedia still hasn’t refunded either, all around horrible service. Bathroom was disgusting, not cleaned. All the bed sheets were stained and comforter had burn holes and stains everywhere too. Only good thing was mice young lady in the morning. Who was very sweet and understood my frustration, but did not have the authority to give me a refund.
This Days Inn one of the dirtiest establishments we have stayed in. From the entry areas to the room. Broken appliances, to mold on the walls in the bathroom, broken airconditioner, broken Kleenax dispenser, dirty coffee pot. The breakfast area was so dirty we questioned eating there. When the milk for the cereal was sour; that made the decision for us. Days inn used to be a nice overnight stay for us. Not anymore.
This is an old motel. In the room there were curtains that were torn and had holes in them. The room smelled awful. We had to use room freshner everyday. There was daylight showing between the wall and the wall unit. People were hanging around in the parking lot every morning. The breakfast area was dirty and had crumbs everywhere.
The grounds around the buildings are weedy and unkept. The room was clean but furniture was very worn. Wall paint chipped and bathroom had a couple spots of mold and chipped tub and sink counter. We’ve stayed at many Days Inn but this must be the lowest quality of all. Glad we only planned to stay one night. Not at all like the pictures.
The door from the parking lot to the main hallway's latch was completely broken, did not latch properly and was propped open by the push bar nearly every time I walked in or out of the property. I informed the front desk staff of my concerns and there was minimal response by either of the two men behind the counter when we checked out.
The entire hallway and room reeked of urine, and the furniture was barely functional. I'm glad I was only here one night. I would only stay here again if it was the absolute last available option to me, and even then I would try to spend as little time there as possible. Stay 15 minutes up the road at the Manitou Springs location, or literally anywhere else if you value your personal safety, or a halfway decent hotel experience.
It was old run down and filthy. I was afraid to get into the bed. The sheets looked like they hadn't been changed since the last person. Mold around the tub. I could go on. Needless to say i will not be back.
Due to the drug activity in the parking lot we didn't even check in to this facility. Front lobby was dated and had to wait 10 minutes just for someone to show up. Called twice and it immediately went to voicemail both times. The first time I got a call back at 9pm but we were sleeping due to the long travel day and no voicemail was left. The second time I never got a call back.
The Days Inn room was dirty and old, and I returned to the front desk and asked for a refund as I could not stay overnight in that room.
I have pictures to share of the room.
