The location is very good, right in the center of town, easy to walk. The hotel is great, new renovated, very clean, all facilities are complete, especially the owner is very nice, we informed that we were check in at 11pm, the owner turned on the heating and lights before for us, very warm, communication is great , worth recommending!

Great stay at the Alpine motel. We had a 1 bedroom unit staying with 2 adults and 3 children. Room was spacious and clean. Modern amenities with free WiFi. Wanaka town and lake 5mins walk. Great restaurants all withing minutes walk. Creedy Cow recommended if you like pasta/pizza

This is an older motel but extremely clean & well appointed with a large tv ( when not enjoying the stunning scenery) it was lovely & warm with a heat pump in the lounge & heaters in the bedroom & close to the shops. Also the lady in the office was really lovely & helpful

The place was lovely and clean when we arrived. Plenty of room for all the kids. The lady at reception was lovely and gave me some good tips on where to find food and about the local cinema. And I could not believe it when we went to leave today and at some point in the night someone had covered our window screen with a towel so we didn’t get any frost on it! Where would you find the level of service! Love this hotel and if I come back to Wānaka I will totally be staying here and I highly recommend it for your stay.

Very welcoming and the room was largely clean and tidy but it was pretty cold and took a while to heat up being mid winter. Some of the cups needed a good scrub… And Wanaka accomodation is expensive for what you get…

Good value for a last minute stay, the owners made sure we had everything we needed and organised a late check in for us with no problem at all. Place was clean and tidy and very spacious. Great for families.
