The staff was very friendly. First night staff had to come in and fix the tv. Killed several small bugs in the kitchen area and bathroom. Breakfast was adequate.

Great place to stay a night or many!
I've been staying here a lot over the last few months due to medical appointments as I live in a little mountain town far away from great medical care and I love this hotel! Everyone who works here is very kind, the beds are comfortable, and it's very quiet! it is also SO helpful to have the little kitchen to make your own food, although the breakfast is also quitet good. I'll be back soon!

Every staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly. The room was amazing. A full size refrigerator with an ice maker was an unexpected treat. The breakfast changed daily and was so good. Patrick at the front desk was exceptionally helpful.

No one was at the desk to check me in when I arrived. It was after sunset so their door was locked and the sign on the window said a person would return to the desk shortly. I called multiple times and waited for a while and no one answered or showed up. It was late and I was tired, so I called another hotel nearby who had available rooms and stayed there instead. I do not recommend MCM Elegante.

For what I was in town for, this was a great place to stay! Staff was super friendly! And very helpful when needed! Breakfast was excellent! Dining area super small but being allowed to eat in my room made up for that! Room was nice and clean!
