Beautiful views
Comfortable cabin with great mountain view. Back side of Pikes Peak. Just past beautiful Mueller state park. Close to Cripple creek am Victor. Enjoyed train in Cripple creek. Note cabin is second drive way on your right after you turn om Horseshoe lane.

The property was really good, but I am really disappointed in the charges and no consideration policy. I booked the property for 4 days but due to unforeseen medical conditions I couldn’t travel on the first day. I tried to talk to property owner team but they sent me over to legal team and they refused. I overpaid just for my family to have a good time. But I would never recommend anyone to book this property owned by Evolve.

The cabin and location were fine. However, we went two days without water related to cistern problems. Also, we were expected to keep our trash in the cabin because there was no receptacle provided, outside. We were given the option to check out early and reimbursed for one day related to lack of water. I have still not received a refund. I was told 3 to 5 business days. It's been 12 days total and I'm still waiting. I have not received any emails following up on the refund. I would never recommend your service or use it again. We were very understanding about the water situation but the refund should have been promptly issued.

Remote Location With Fabulous View
Cabin was as advertised and in a very picturesque location with wonderful views. The negatives(all made known to us before renting) are No cell service, No landline phone, No internet, No satellite or cable television, No air conditioning, and No washer and dryer. The driveway is a steep dirt uphill climb that is very rutted with large holes. Would recommend 4wheel drive vehicle year round. Some of the furnishings were dated but the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with all the needed amenities including a dishwasher. There is a nice library of books, games, and many DVD's to choose from. The ceiling fans and supplied box fan kept this high altitude cabin comfortable in the July heat and we enjoyed our stay here. If having no contact with the outside world unless you drive 5 miles back toward the town of Divide is your idea of paradise then this place is for you, but I prefer to have at least some form of communication in case of an emergency. I will reiterate that all of the negatives I described were made known to me prior to renting so not complaining in any way. We really did enjoy our stay here but the lack of a few creature comforts is why I can't give the cabin a 5 star rating.
