Great value for the money. Check-in time was loosy-goosy ("sometime after 3" which was in fact not the case). Pillows were uncomfortable. But, room was a good size and clean. For the cost, would definitely recommend and would return.

Very nice room and well run hotel with friendly staff. The main downside was the bathroom with old fixtures and a sink faucet so close to the side that it flooded the countertop each time.

Great for a London trip
Great for an overnight stay, we walked to theatreland from the hotel but Russell Square station is just round the corner too. Nice twin room, clean and tidy, good shower, nice and quiet. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Nice location. But rooms had no heat and I got a terrible cold with cough. I had to ask for a portable heater. These issues should be know to people considering booking older hotels.
