Could not accommodate our original room. Facility smelled of weed. Lots of drug activity and sketchy people. Was given a sheet, one pillow, and a stiff blanket for the pullout couch. They were out of pillows.

Staff. Terrific. Didn't realize I had to notify someone to clean my room this was new to me. First time I ever used a comfort suite. It was an experience especially traveling with a 6 year old. Needed those towels clean. Even at home we have clean towels ever day. That was a big disappointment and challenge for the family.

Check-in started off on the wrong foot with this property as the process took a very long time, about 30 minutes....and this is the time at the counter. The property itself cosmetically appears nice and maintained. Got to the room and noticed flies in the room, which i discovered may have been from the bag of potatoes and packaged meat still in the refrigerator. The room was decent sized and has a nice sized tv and side couch area.

Every hotel was sold out due to the hurricane and the army graduation. This hotel had one room left. We took it my daughter (17) and me. When I tell you best room I ever had. It was $200 but after getting there I didn’t care bc it was worth it. Best sleep I had it a long time. My daughter loved the breakfast. She super picky.

Feel like price was ridiculous and we were charged price because of hotel took advantage of people with no power and water needing a place to stay. Hotel wasn’t nice enough or updated enough for high Sunday night stay
