Staff, Breakfast, Room were excellent. Bathroom needs exhaust fan and longer shower curtain. Amenities were excellent. Pool needs to also have a hot tub. Walking distance to shopping, movie theaters, and restaurants

Because we used Expedia and not directly with Hilton they moved us to Holiday Inn Express which was out of our way. Very disappointed with Hilton since we chose them because of loyalty. We are Diamond Hhonors plus HGV members. This made no difference to them since we used Expedia. Their excuse for moving us was because someone smoked in the room and they couldn’t contact us because they didn’t have the area code. Worst customer service we have had with Hilton. Very disappointed ☹️
