Reserve at your own risk

The walls were thin. Able to hear what others are doing. Fire alarm went off and when going downstairs the handrail came out of the wall. Luckily i did not fall down the stairs. Breakfast was fine. Did not know that i would be charged an extra$25 per room when i checked in. I was refunded the amount after checkout. Wish that was disclosed before i made reservations. Expected more from the hampton.

This location is a perfect halfway point for our trip to see our oldest in the Philly area. After looking at hotels in the area, Hampton Inn Columbus East looked like the best price with solid reviews. We were not disappointed! Our room was clean and comfortable. We could walk to multiple restaurants and the breakfast was good and well attended to. Before we left the hotel on our way out, we booked a night for our return trip. The experience was a great one again. We will definitely be back again.

I had accidently booked the wrong weekend, between Expedia and Hampton, we were able to work out being able to stay and were not charged the penalty fee ($116.00). The room was great, clean, comfy and we slept great. Being "ducked" with a mini scruba duckie that was left on the bath mat....put a smile on our face for sure.
