There was a stranger walking out of my room when i was walking in. Also there was another person going around tonsee if their jey opened other door because apparently it works sometimes.

Room were not ready for us. It was dirt bathroomsc, bedding, floors no towels. Nothing. We had to leave to a different hotel. We want our money back ! No one is answering the phone for complaints.

Good nightmare started at the front desk. I was told I could check in early at 2 o’clock. That was not true. I checked in at 3 o’clock. It took until 5 o’clock for me to receive towels. I immediately noticed that there were no locks on the window and call the front desk, she said there were definitely locks on every window. I asked her to come to my room and see for herself and I told her there was only a stick in the window holding the window close and she said the stick was the security I said, but it’s still opening from the top and someone could very easily break into this room. She says that, she would see if they have another stick roach on the wall curly hair if someone had just shaved their pubes in the bathtub not a pot dish or anything to even utilize the cooking area with the refrigerator was dirty and left stain from the previous guest, I was so exhausted after driving for over 40 hours I was there just to sleep Luckily I brought my Febreze with me. I took a hot shower with my shower shoes. Use my towel and just fell asleep. I was going to extend until I saw the condition of the property in the room. They were homeless people outside the property there’s homeless people walking around nothing gets homeless people however it just seems sketchy Property is terrible. I asked her for a room on a higher floor. She said all the other floors being renovated. This is not safe at all. Just get another room don’t go to this facility. It is terrible.

No toilet paper, no pillows, no shower curtain, no sheet on one bed. The toilet was filthy. We checked out and paid to stay elsewhere, rather than stay in such a place. There was no one around from whom to ask for a refund. Disgusting.

This is not the Red Roof Inn I thought I booked; that is a few blocks away. I killed two bugs on the wall. There were bugs in the bed. I was missing a towel, but the desk was only open 11AM to 7PM, so had to wait a day. One needs to bring their own drinking cup and any thing for the kitchen. Couldn't check in half an hour early. Fortunately, my wife wasn't along.

After I did check in .When out for a few hours.I came back to my room to get some sleep, For my surprise on side of the bed was wet. apparently they didn't dryit properly. I call the front desk They came in and check it and told me it will be reported to the management but nobody came back. I have to use showeltowel in order for me to sleep. That is unacceptable.

Roaches! Roaches! Roaches! We were so disgusted and scared they would get into our luggage that we had to quicky leave and fine a new place for the rest of our stay. These were the little roaches that are an infestation. The pictures for this hotel were taken a long time ago. The room was very dirty with stains on the bedsheets and holes in the curtains. I will never stay at a Red Roof again.

The area around the hotel was so bad. I was afraid to get out of my car during the day. The facility was so rundown I felt icky walking into it. My room did not have any towels in it when I got there. I was so scared of the area that I never stayed the night, I just left.
