Family accommodation in Fisherman's Wharf

Great hotel with great service

Staff were great, helped us with a room change mid-reservation. Only problem we had was that the laundry machine didn’t completely dry out clothes and needed a second run, which we didn’t have quarters for and the hotel ran out of quarters as well. Had to air dry everything.

Fun decor in the lobby and comfortable room. I like the microwave, fridge and coffee machine in the room. My room’s view was disappointing - looked right onto the parking garage and window was not openable. Internet was good but didn’t feel secure.

Our first room had a very uncomfortable bed. The next morning, we asked the front desk if we could be moved to another room. They very graciously moved us to another room where we had a very lovely view of the Golden Gate Bridge!!! Great staff and service!
