Ramada has gone to worthless
I was traveling across country and had booked a handicapped accessible room with 2 queen beds. Got there and they didn’t have one. So I told them I would take a room with 2 queen beds. The beds were not secured to the wall and slid across the floor if pushed against. You could help but push against them when trying to get in the bed as they were so high off the floor. The bed had no bed pillows, just three throw pillows to sleep on. There were also no easily accessible electric sockets near the bed to plug in medical equipment or phones. Second Ramada I had stayed in in 2 days. Both were terrible!!! Will not be staying at a Ramada again.

This hotel is not worth $93. Room Floor was dirty. We found an empty box of Zyn nicotin and a belt that appeared to have been left behind by someone who stayed in the room before us. There was no hot water. There was no breakfast.

This hotel used to be beautiful. Now it is run down. The room was dirty and filled with mold. The in room ac was not to be turned below 68° so the room was very hot. The continental breakfast was a joke. I will never stay here again.

My favorite place in Las Cruces.
I always stay here! The staff is friendly and I noticed this time there were upgrades. The door cards were easier to use and had been updated. The complimentary breakfast was great! Even the parking lots feel safe and secure.

Property is quiet. Staff is nice and like the old time Adobe hacienda look and feel of the lobby. Rooms are nice beds are pretty comfortable as well. Have always gotten a good nights sleep. Only downer is the restaurant that was inside the property closed. In my opinion has really good cheeseburgers. Always look forward to getting one when I stay. But everything else great.
