Great stay! Overall a beautiful and clean hotel however the fridge wasn’t cold at all so we kept our food on ice but can’t complain since everything else was perfect! I will be returning !!

This is a very nice older hotel. The rooms are large and the beds nice. I love the daily maid service. Being an older hotel it lacks outlets. We finally located a powerstrip which we could use. Between my cpap and our 2 phones we bought an extension cord. Upon checkout we learned that the front desk had some. Only a continental breakfast is offered and no dinning onset.overall good value for the price.

Its is a beautiful hotel, but you can tell its old and needs to be touched up. We got put in the older room next to the entrance. We could hear everything! The tile floor outside echoed the suitcases and normal voices sounded like shouting. The blankets on the bed looked like they forgot to give us a comforter and we just slept with sheets. There is a homesless camp next to the parking lot as well, as something to think about when youre parking your car. I wouldnt say dont stay here, but we didnt have the best experience.

We didn’t have hot water in the morning. The night manager said he had hot water and all he offered me was “sorry “. My wife and I had to take cold showers, not hot or even warm, but cold. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Reasonable stay for the price.
The hotel was nice and obviously the spot to be at one time. For the most part it was clean, with the exception of fingerprints/dirt I found on the light switches and the shower head needs changing. The bed was more on the firm side. The hotel has a lot of character, but could use some updates.

The front desk staff was excellent, but the property felt old, dark, humid, and drab. The lack of a restaurant or bar was inconvenient, and the room, with its tile floors and outdated amenities, felt unusual and uncomfortable.

Grand Old Hacienda
We have liked staying at this property for many years. Property design and ambience are unique and welcoming. Property has been and continues to be well maintained. Balconies are very nice on second floor rooms. Drawback is that there is not any elevator service to the second floor. There is a wheel chair lift that can be used for luggage. With our advancing age, we will continue to use this property, but will insist on a ground floor room in the future.
