Lamentablemente tuve que hospedarme nuevamente en este hotel que supuestamente es 4 estrellas. La verdad no llega ni a 2. En su pagina web, ofrecen early check-in, cuando uno les pregunta dicen que el check-in es a las 2 pm, que si uno quiere puede pagar la mitad de la tarifa para un early check-in... es en serio??!!! Adicionalmente, la persona del counter me dijo puede volver a la 1 pm a ver si su habitación esta lista. Volvi a la 1 y la misma person, con tono enfático/rudo me dice, el CHECK-IN ES A LAS 2PM !! y le digo tu me dijiste que volviera a la 1 por eso estoy aca. A las 2 pm finalmente estuvo lista mi habitación. Una habitación que no ofrece NADA que lo haga merecedor a ser de 4 estrellas. El mini bar es una burla, lamentablemente no se pueden subir fotos, pero el super mini bar tenia 4 botellas, si lo dejaban vacío, quedaban mejor!! En el baño no había secadora de cabello, ni tissues, ni loción para manos. Hasta un hotel de carretera en USA ofrece todo lo listado. Esto sin mencionar el precio de una soda de 7.5 oz, es realmente una asalto a mano armanda. La carta de room service tiene un precio y te cobran mas. El servicio en el restaurante es pésimo. Sin estar lleno el salon, y teniendo 4 meseros es inaceptable que uno espere mas de 15 minutos para que le tomen la orden. Al reclamarle al mesero, pone cara de disgusto y un poco mas y me tira el plato de sopa. Nunca me he hospedado en un hotel tan malo como este. Y con lo que cobran por noche!!! Es inaceptable!

To much noise around the rooms The cleaning people doesn’t care about hotel guests . They start early in the morning screaming each other for any reason and using their telecommunication equipments at a high volume .
