Staff was very friendly and efficient even with being so busy the night we checked in. I was wary after reading reviews about bed bugs but I found this to be completely unfounded as there were no signs in our room or common areas of this accusation. It is a bit hard to clean a hotel completely when your occupancy level is constantly high so the first night there was a bit of debris in hallways and stairs but by the next day it was clear they were cleaning as much as possible. Awesome deal for the money with a clean indoor pool!!

Broken condom in bathroom, all the lamp shades were broken. The Tv was dismounted and leaning on the wall, there also was no tv remote. The room smelt like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was cockroach shells on the walls. The bedding had staining on it. We only stayed 3 hours before we decided we would rather drive at midnight instead of staying the night here.

Overall disappointed with the stay at La Quinta, booked a King Suite with hot tub only to have none available when we checked in. The room we were given was in disrepair, with couch cushions that didn’t fit the pullout couch making it look comical. The bathroom door locked from the outside, the toilet leaked if you put any pressure on the tank at all, and the side table were missing drawers. It looked like that had been ripped out.

I was very disappointed with the service I stayed 4 night's and 2 of those nights there was. No room service no clean towels soap or shampoo replinished. The front desk was notified after the 2nd nights but upon return to my room it was obvious that no one had serviced our room. I would not recommend staying at this hotel and i will not be returning.

This LaQuinta was pretty good. The staff was amazing. But my room wasnt very clean. The floor was dirty around the toilet was dirty and there was a lot of dust. Our feet and towels were black and after walking across the floor. This is the 3rd hotel this weekend like that. Under where they lay the towels. I did like all of the staff. Id suggest they not allow kids under 13 to come to breakfast without parents. The lady working breakfast was so nice and she would stick things really well and within minutes the same 2 little girls about 10 or younger would take EVERY single thing ahe brought. I did like the set up of my room. The sofa bed wasnt comfortable but thats normal.There was no blankets or sheets for the sofa bed but the lady at the desk was more than happy to help and get me some blankets and sheets. Id stay there again though but theyreally need to clean and sanitize their floors and dust better
