This hotel is very run down, and smelled like mildew/mold. In the room itself - the bathroom ceiling was peeling and had mold on it, the door to the balcony was very difficult to shut and lock, did not feel safe, the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, and there was trash still under our beds from previous occupants. The air conditioner smelled horrible.
We asked for additional towels, and were given one wash cloth and one small hand towel. We had to find a housekeeper that was cleaning rooms just to get two more towels.
The "breakfast" that they provided was less than desirable. The only hot food option was waffles, but no butter or anything to put on them. They had cereal, but not individually packaged, so who knows who had touched it. They had a few packages of oatmeal, some cupcakes (not breakfast food), and then some yogurt in the small fridge. The yogurt tasted like it had spoiled. There was no sugar free drink options, just juice boxes or milk - something you may want to consider in the future for guests who have dietary restrictions.
Thankfully we only stayed here two nights before we left for our next destination.
