The room and property were fine. When we went to open up the bed, there was a couple large hairs in the sheets. When we asked for new sheets and explained, the front desk apologized several times and gave us new sheets and offered to change the sheets right away. Our guess is the sheets were changed and the hairs were probably from when the housekeeper was changing sheets. We would stay there again.

One night family stay
We only stayed one night, & booked 2 rooms, both of which were very clean & comfortable. The staff was wonderful, especially Shannon at the front desk. The hotel was right off the freeway, & close to restaurants & gas stations. The indoor pool was warm, clean & enjoyable. We would definitely stay there again, & highly recommend it.

Very nice place to stay, and this is a fairly newer property too. The rooms are already accommodated with all the Dove hygiene products you need for showering, and then the kitchenette is equipped with numerous cooking accessories so you can prepare a decent meal for yourself if preferred. The room is also very spacious and definitely suitable for those long term stays if you’re working out of town or just a comfy get a way to visit the beautiful state of Tennessee. This room will not disappoint and it’s a very well kept property, the pool is always well kept too, and there’s a laundry area, and work out area too and the vending area is stocked with yummy food and the coffee is the freshest, it’s truly worth the money to stay here! All the Staff was amazing and extremely helpful. The main thing is and always has been my main concern when picking a good hotel is that our room was very comfortable and extremely quiet and so cozy. Check in and check out was also such a breeze! Honestly the overall experience was a 10 out of 10 and the best part is that it always is here each and every time we stay at this particular hotel. The rooms have always been freshly cleaned and just conveniently ready to just dive right into our stay relaxing and it’s been like this each and every time we visit this beautiful area! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
