Older rooms but comfy beds, clean rooms and a sufficient heater for the minus 5 degrees temps that night! Bit noisy as we had the room next to the highway and only space for one person to sit and eat at a time but otherwise a comfy stay.

The property is in a very convenient location on the way into Cooma, opposite some food places. It is clean and a good cheaper (not that anything is cheap in ski season) accommodation.

Staff are always fantastic and accomodating. Have stayed several times-some rooms are refurbished and awesome but those not are still comfortable, clean and warm (winter time).

This motel has provided us with easy accomodation that is comfortable and meets our needs. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Some rooms we have stayed in are better than others-due to upgrades. Surrounding area is clean and easy parking facilities in front of your room.

Tired Motel in need of a Makeover.
Tired old motel that needs a makeover. It also needs a chef/cook, so the restaurant can reopen. Paid for the night using my free voucher, but didn't stay. Drove on to Canberra for a real hotel.

Very dirty from beer bottles left under beds to fake lashes stuck to pillows and the scissors all cutlery was dirty wet cups that had been put straight into the cupboard, microwave was dirty so wasn't to happy paying as much as I did for that room. Also toke pictures as we are cleaners and we're not at all impressed. Otherwise would of been good.

For what the property is, it was very good value for money. The rooms are clean. The towels are new and big. The bed linen in new and clean. The property and the rooms are somewhat dated, but you are getting what you pay for and a little bit more.

Older motel with small basic rooms. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. It is fine if you just want somewhere to sleep for a night. 10 minute walk to the centre of town, pubs & restaurants.
