Checking in, we stood there with our 1 year old for over 20 minutes while the front desk attendant was dealing with another customer about a reservation they lost. Ended up leaving and grabbing dinner and coming back. 2nd round was fine. Rooms are nice, could use some updating and maintenance. Bed was just ok. Location and layout is great though.

This is a great location! Walkable to everywhere we went! The bed was comfy and the shower was nice. Like having a separate bedroom. The breakfast was more than expected and was very good.

Expedia screwed up. I asked for 2 rooms and 2 beds in each and got one bed and a couch for places for our guys to sleep. You have no way of confirming this when you get past the first page. And according to the front desk this happens often. So they was great and Expedia screwed up.

Easy to park. Could walk to restaurants easily. That's the only good thing I can say. Upon arrival, the staff acted like I was putting them out by checking in. Around midnight the room next to me erupted in shouting and terrible language and arguments and I called the front desk. The person answering said "I'll go check it out" but sounded really irritated I called. Sunday morning, basketball court outside my window, some kids swearing and playing basketball at 7:45 a.m. WHO DOES THAT? Why would the front desk give a basketball knowing someone is occupying the room right above the outdoor court?? 7:55 a.m. the yelling people next door started up again and were throwing something against my wall. I went to the lobby to get coffee. ALL THE BREAKFAST WAS EMPTY at 8:10 a.m. and both coffee's empty. I waited for new coffee to be brought out and when I poured a cup, my cup was full of coffee grounds. The lady next to me said "ewwww that's gross". I went to the front desk and asked when check out was. Different staff than the night before literallly rolled their eyes at me and pointed to the sign that said "11:00 a.m. " check out. THIS HOTEL IS THE WORST because of the people that work there that clearly don't give a crap about the customers.

This property could use some updating. We asked the front desk for extra towels and luggage racks that never arrived, she had to find empty rooms for extra luggage racks. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with only one luggage rack. No place to put suitcases and no extra facility luggage racks. The breakfast area was quite congested with extra walls for such a small area.

Will never return. Room was filthy, absolutely disgusting. Ice machine never worked, staff kept saying that maintenance guy was out buying ice, but two days later he still hadn’t returned?? Lady at front desk at check out could care less. You lost my business.

Bed was not comfortable, appeared to be pretty new but had minimal cushion. Breakfast was appreciated. Parking and location were excellent and nice walk to waterfront, botanical garden, and downtown.
