Nice property. We upgraded to the executive option which basically gave us access to a room with a sitting loft; and a separate area for breakfast and other snacks etc during the day. Heating system made everywhere too hot. Didn’t like the fact that we were given a room with no storage for our stuff so we had to live out of our suitcases. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Over all score 8/10. Might choose somewhere else next time just for proximity to city centre - a bit closer.

Long walk to hotel, sharp edge on bedside
Very beutiful and cozy hotel. However long walk to tivoli abt 1 km. Exspensive to bring car in parking fees of 295 kr pr day. Beds were good, but if you have kids, be carefull they dont fall of bed, very sharp edge by the floor. Seems like the mattress was too small for the bed frame.

Where to start… We got 2 separate beds instead of a double bed as ordered, we found earlier guest’s used sock on the floor and they were out and had forgotten to refill shower soap. The cleanliness was awful and we found dozens of long dark hairs everywhere from the bed to the toilet. To top it all we got rejected at entering the breakfast as it apparently wasn’t included into our booking.

Dørtelefonen i kælderen virkede ikke så jeg kunne ikke komme ind fra parkerings-kælderen. Rummet var EKTREMT varmt da jeg ankom, selv om termostaten stod på 20 grader. Jeg satte den ned på 15 og op med ventilationen, men den larmer virkelig meget. Så en nat med dårlig søvn
