The staff were great. The hotel was very clean eithodern furnishings. Oddly, the bathrooms were a strange setup. The sinks had no mirror in frontnof them, but behnd them. This made gettign ready inconvenient, having to turn around regularly while getting ready each morning. Itherwise the stay was great. Would probably stay at a hotel closer to public transport/metro stations.

Tivoli - det går den forkerte vej
Samlet set er vores oplevelse at standarden er forringet. Vi har besøgt hotellet igennem mange år og særligt i julen har vi før oplevet en enorm skøn julestemning, gaver til børnene, slikposer når skatten var læst, et lille glas til forældrene/voksne ved ankomst mv. alt dette er nu blevet til små plastikting som er fuldstændig ubrugelig skrammel - så hellere helt lad vær! Vi plejer også at blive opgraderet - dette var denne gang til en meget høj pris - forklaringen var at det skyldes at vi havde booket et større værelse (dobbeltværelse). Så selv om vi var samme antal (læs: spiser og drikker for samme mængde) skulle vil betale dobbelt (vi var 2 voksne og et barn på 9 år). Så hvad vi før skulle betale 350 kr for skulle vi denne gang betale 700… byt why?

Disappointing Stay with Poor Communication
We stayed here for a birthday weekend getaway, specifically booking for its pool and spa facilities. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Upon check-in, we weren’t informed the pool was closed—disappointing since this is what is advertised as the main image for the hotel and the reason we chose to stay here. Later, we requested robes and towels and were told there was an additional charge. When we went to check the pool, we found it closed and were instead offered tickets to a public pool 15 min walk away. Before heading to the public pool, we asked reception if we’d need coins for the lockers and were assured by two staff members that we wouldn’t. However, upon arrival, we found we did need coins and had to pay for them ourseleves. We were also told we’d have access to the saunas, but this turned out to be untrue. The lack of communication and poor handling throughout were frustrating. While the late checkout was appreciated, it didn’t make up for the overall disappointment. At checkout, the staff didn’t even ask how our stay was, leaving us feeling undervalued.

Good hotel in the center of CPH
Great hotel in the center of Copenhagen and in walking distance to the meatpacker district with lovely food options. The room was good and spacious, however the bed pillows were too big/thick and did not give us a good night sleep.

It was a little bit out of the centre (13 min walk from the main station) which meant it didn’t feel that safe to walk alone at night. With short daylight hours in winter this needs consideration. The buses were only every 30 minutes and sometimes came and left early so be there 10 mins in advance. The floor of the bedroom was a bit dirty for such a nice hotel. The lobby and reception were huge and pretty. The staff were fine. The upstairs neighbours were noisy moving about on wooden floors each morning and the sound proofing was not great. Shower ran hot and cold intermittently. Overall fine.
