Just ok

Check in was rough. The key box was broken and I couldn’t get it I opened. Luckily a staffer came by and after not getting the lockbox open got me a key from the office. The unit is close to a lift but East Village is sleepy - limited choices on dining shopping etc. The condo was spacious and clean but needs updated. Top rack of dishwasher broken. The view is away from the mtn - towards I70.

We have stayed multiple times in Copper Springs Lodge and really appreciate the location. This unit needs some updating. The bunk beds were broken. There was food on some of the plates and there were no games as is usually the case with these ski rentals. Vacasa is challenging with check in. And we left a few items in the condo and I left a message but the Vacasa agent is AI and no one ever got back to me. The price was right but you get what you pay for

Ski Trip

Check in was a pain as you have to go to the west village, instead of just being able to check in, underground parking was nice, according to the listing I assumed we would have a washer and dryer in the suite as that was how it was listed, the 2nd bedroom has bunkbeds which my son said he could feel the springs so ended up sleeping on the couch, master bed was uncomfortable, found the top rack of the dishwasher stuck and the whole dishwasher would almost pull out, I called Vacasa the next day to ask for someone to come fix the dishwasher and asked for bed toppers for the bunk bed and master bed, and also asked how to open the garage ski lockers as it had a padlock on it. Since vacasa is NOT local they said they would make a work order. We came back for lunch to find our door left open and no one there, a maintenance person did show up at around 5 only to say yep the dishwasher is broke and they would need to have someone come fix it, He did not know who would of opened and left our door open. I called Vacasa again at the end of the day as no one had come to fix the dishwasher or bring any bed toppers, again was told they would try to contact the Local maintenance people, never heard anything from anyone again before we left, needless to say the Vacasa rep i had talked to said I would be reimbursed for not having a working dishwasher. So basically dealing with Vacasa was a horrible experience, the unit was walking distance to the lifts It is Not Ski in/Ski Out.

Great location

I stayed for a long ski weekend with my two adult children. The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable, water pressure was very good and kitchen supplies were plentiful (but knives were impossibly dull). I have 2 minor complaints - (1) my group had 2 cars and they were minimal help finding parking for the 2nd car. I found a lot/spot via the Copper Mountain website instead. And (2) checkin is a bit of a hassle because you have to go to the office to pick up the key and then drive to the condo. They also don't give clear directions to the garage. However, they were very helpful my last night when I misplaced the condo key when we were out a dinner. Even though it was after hours on a Sunday night, I was able to contact someone who provided be easy instructions to get a spare key in the Vacasa office. All in all, I would recommend this condo and Vacasa.

Copper Springs - great location

This unit is on the 2nd floor of the Copper Springs building. Perfect location as there's a stop on the Copper shuttle line just outside the building. Walk out the building and hop on the Super Bee! Ski lockers are secure and good size, just inside the main doors. The two hot tubs were functioning, hot and good sized. Pool table & foosball were often being used along with the gym. The elevators were a little questionable; at times only 1 would be working. As far as the actual rental -- Bathrooms were very spacious. Beds were actually comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes/glasses/cookware, but if you have small children, plan on bringing plastic cups as there are none. The water pressure was terrible. It's only the 2nd floor (there are 4 floors), so not sure what's going on with that. Large Roku TV in the living room was nice. The bedrooms both have very small simple TVs. Plenty of extra blankets if needed, although the gas fireplace and heater both work well (albeit a bit noisy--the heater, not fireplace). Enough dresser and closet space for your clothes if desired. JJ's Tavern has a large amount of seating, excellent portions and is just across the street (the only restaurant in the East Village). Also, Copper Station has free town maps at the register and any other last minute items you could need.

Comfy Condo in Great Location

This condo was great for our family of four. Very clean, great location with easy access to Super Bee lift and right across the street from the bus stop to other villages. Kitchen adequately stocked, comfy beds, comfy couches. Would definitely stay here again!

Quick stop at Copper

Stayed for two nights. Great location at East Village. Walk across street to Super Bee lift. Bus stop right there to get to Center and West villages. Nice condo, parking heated under building. Nice hot tubs etc. Good spot in Copper.
