Enjoyable stay
We usually stay here the night before our journey back to Yorkshire. Love being able to have a swim after travelling up from the South of France. We normally get 2 rooms and have a good sleep. This time we booked a room for 4. The main bed was great but the fold out sofa bed was not very good for the girls. They both complained that it veered off at weird angles so they couldn't get comfortable and they woke up a few times during the night pushed together and with aches and pains in the morning. Other than that it's a great hotel and we will be staying again next year.

Love that this hotel offers accommodation for a family of 5. But felt we were not treated well at dinner even though we spent a lot of money and coach drivers that were allowed to bring in their own drinks and given a special menu were given priority over us. We were told no tables free, so had to sit up at a bar area, even though most tables were free and families arriving later (who had no booked) were given a table.

Great option for Le Shuttle
Lovely breakfast, lovely check in. Room spacious. Comfortable beds and good for dog. 5th or 6th time here and we would return. Excellent optionif using le shuttle which is only 10min drive. On this occaaision only complaint was a smelly carpet. Looked like there had been a flood and the carpet was damp around the entrance

A very nice hotel with good facilities located very conveniently near to the Eurotunnel access terminal. Modern well appointed room with kettle and refrigerator. Comprehensive breakfast choice in a pleasant restaurant. The property also has a gym, squash court, and pool ( not used by us). The lobby area is a very nice space. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Overall a very enjoyable stay; thank you.

Great place to rest nos feel the country experience however transportation can be quiet costly to move around and go to the nearest outlet mall. Pool and sauna spa lovely and restaurant food was excellent try Caesar salad and the kebab fish. Beds are extemely comfortable and rooms are clean and moder. I recommend if you have family trip and need a day to rest and visit local shopping center. Taxe fares are minimum 25.00 no matter distance so will add fast but worth it .

Nice clean hotel, very expensive food and drink. €4.20 for a bottle of Coke 500ml, walk 10 seconds to the bar €4.80 for 330ml bottle of Coke.

Great stay, great standard
We had a great 1 night stay. Our room was a standard double and was modern, clean and roomy. The bathroom fittings were old but still a good working shower. We had an evening meal and breakfast which were both good value, especially breakfast, plenty of choice. We used the hotel as a stopover for the tunnel and it was ideally located, just a 5 minute drive.
