This hotel and staff are beyond top notch! We arrived exhausted from a 15 hour drive unexpectedly for our father's funeral. We were greeted warmly by Carolyn who was amazing and beyond sympathetic! Felicia was also an unbelievable help during our stay! Offers of free breakfast on the morning of my dad's funeral was a great comfort and the chef Hanang, who above being amazing in the kitchen was warm, and offered to make anything we wanted including whatever my son desired! Our server Zsane a.k.a Bahama Mamma made us laugh and was beyond attentive to us!! After the funeral we arrived back with some friends. We sat in the bar and the restaurant staff came out and handled everyone's drinks and food orders with grace and speed, it was overwhelming as we didn't anticipate having 20 people come to the hotel but it was beyond an amazing experience! This hotel is top tier and would not stay anywhere else when we return! The staff (too many to mention all) made a very sad time bearable and comfortable!

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very nice, the food was plentiful and delicious. They had food readily and if you wanted something cooked they did it fresh. The omelets pancakes and waffles were a choice too on request. So many choices and it was all complimentary. Yes we ate free and if didn’t matter what you wanted to eat. The hotel itself was a beautiful place to walk around. The pool and rest of the amenities were very nice to. Will be booking here again.

The staff were very nice! The chefs were friendly and very professional. I gave it 4 stars because it took a while before my room was clean. There was one night they did not clean my room.

Heron Bay

3 day weekend stay. Booked an accessible shower room for our non ambulatory Mom. The lobby and check in was quick and easy with an accommodating staff This was a convention type hotel but we did’t need that. The restaurant was less than impressive but there are plenty of dining options nearby. The location was ideal for our needs and I would recommend this place.
