The courtyard is enclosed by a 90cm high fence, providing security and easy supervision of toddlers and pets, facilitating relaxed holiday living for families or groups of all ages.

The grassed courtyard is ideal for a game of Boules or Croquet.

The sunny and protected, north-east aspect of both living rooms and courtyard make the house a perfect getaway in both summer and winter and the bonus of having a retractable awning provides shade for the outdoor dining. 

Two spacious attractively furnished living areas offer opportunity to watch TV on the large flat screen TV, the property also provides Netflix, DVD player, BluRay and air conditioning in the back living area, this is a fantastic room if you want to get away from the family action for a quiet read, making it a great multi-generational holiday house.  There is a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and large family size fridge.

Three way family bathroom with bath and shower, separately vanity area and a separate toilet, there is also a powder room giving an additional guest toilet.

The property is located immediately adjacent to the Corlette to Nelson Bay walking/ bike path, a 3 minute walk takes you to the natural bushland setting of Bagnall's beach which is a 24hr Off-leash, dog-friendly beach, but also great for walking, child-safe swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding.

10 minute walk to protected Dutchies Beach, which offers a playground and BBQs, swimming and stand up paddleboard hire, or if you are wanting to head into the heart of town you are only a 20 minute walk along the waterfront path into Nelson Bay where you will find cafe's, shops and restaurants and D' Albora Marina.

Salamander shopping centre, Aquatic Centre, the Anchorage Resort facilities or golf courses are all within 5 minutes by car, while the surf beaches at One Mile and Birubi or Shoal Bay and Fingal Bay are a 10 or 15 minute drive from the house.  

There is a 200 dollar security deposit required prior to arrival.

This property includes sheets and towels with beds made up, please bring your own beach towels. The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Parking: There is a single garage (only 1 side of garage can be used) and room for a boat in the driveway.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
