Overpriced
Having dogs in the breakfast and dining area doesn’t make the experience hygienic
Bedroom was low level ( very dirty chair and carpet….. probably from all the dogs sitting and sleeping on it.
Bathroom is low level ….. loose tiles … molt on silicone..,.no outlet… shower cover was defect
Error with room in arrival, given a fixed twin instead of kingside. Soon rectified with new room and drinks vouchers whilst we waited.
I believe you should get full use of the spa facilities if staying in the hotel, like you do at other higher end hotels that we have stayed at in Cornwall.
Incredible stay. We stayed as a family for 2 days and then returned for one more night. Close to the beach, great amenities, very cool gym and a good free spa. Also they provide hydro thermal spa which benefits from breathing views. No crowds inside as spaces are limited. Highly recommend. But we’d extend the visit to 3 hour slots
Breakfast is good. Please add self service for hot drinks, because guests wait too long.
In general - pleased to discover this amazing place in the UK
Amazing room with a view. Great service and friendly helpful staff. Recommended😀😀
My husband received a lovely birthday card and drinks vouchers - what a thoughtful touch😀
An excellent hotel and resort although i thought it was a bit pricey, but i guess you pay for what you get. Our room on the third floor over the pool was always too hot and a bit small, it felt like they had squeezed 6 rooms in a space for 5 and the balcony was tiny. Hence 4 stars instead of 5. Having said that it looked and felt brand new, spotless with excellent storage and some very nice features. The bedding, was crisp and all towels and robes felt luxurious. The bathroom/shower was also excellent. There was a really nice feel about the hotel with amazing views and so close to the beach however the exterior access to the beach could do with a tidy up though, it was nit in keeping with the rest of the hotel, i guess because its not greatly used. The gardens were beautiful, with a nice touch of a bar actually in the garden. The health club was also good with a generous pool. We didnt visit the spar but it also looked great. We had breakfast every day which was cooked to order and was very good. We didnt particularly like the look of the dinner menu so we ate out. The restaurant on the beach was good, the fish restaurant (hooked on the rocks) just by the neighbouring swanpool beach was absolutely superb and Falmouth was a 20min walk away. This is a great luxury base to explore southern Cornwall and so close to the beach. Would we come back, oh yes.
Everything is perfect. Just little slow service in the restaurant at breakfast. Can be solved by adding coffee machine and hot water to allow people make their hot drinks.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Didn’t like the constant Muzac piped through all the public areas, it was very irritating . They did turn it down for me. Why don’t you have one quiet area for those of us who want to work or read without the incessant beat of a certain sort of music not to our taste?
Lovely light airy modern room. Good quality bedding and fixtures. Very clean. Great location. Good restaurant, food excellent. Spa facilities good. Would recommend a stay here.
Excellent service. We booked my mother in to stay in a single room which had an unfortunate smell in it, but the management was very helpful and changed her to a much better room. The hotel itself is very stylish, breakfast is top notch and the service first class. Strongly recommended.
I had a very beautiful stay at the resort. Nice clean room. Delicious breakfast. Weather outside was terrible however we got to enjoy staying indoors. Swimming pool just the right temperature.. Will definitely come back..
Excellent food and quality service, lovely location limited bus service from hotel to the Moor ( central Falmouth) route 67
Small but beautiful gardens to relax in, outside bar ( weather permitting)
Fantastic hotel with excellent customer service, the staff were always busy.
We had an overheating problem in the room we booked but were moved as soon as possible.
The location opposite Gylly beach is stunning and a short drive to Falmouth.
I would definitely stay longer next time.
Excellent location, near the beach, and only a 15 minute walk from the town centre. Really nice gym. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food for both the evening and breakfast was excellent. Only negative, we were in room 83, the mattress was pretty dreadful (like a sponge), and the bed was not even, with your head “downhill “.

Mould in the bathroom, unbearable heat overnight when sleeping no air con facility. Just a small fan blowing weak air, noisy rooms next door made a relaxing weekend a disappointment. Customer service non existent, no greeting/welcome more interested in having your card details than any sort of conversation. Paid A LOT of money for a experience but you’re better off booking a premier inn…
Rooms look nothing like pictures, drinks were extremely expensive, breakfast was very dry, we were ignored by staff for 5 minutes whilst we waited to check in as they were too busy talking between them.
