Once you vacation at "Carolina Sun" you will want to return year after year! Windows everywhere fill the entire home with natural light! The open-concept top-level is bright and cheerful even on lazy rainy days when you can soak in the bubbling hot tub enclosed in the screened porch off the mid-level! Relax with a book or quick nap in the porch rocker or patio glider on the mid-level front deck, challenge someone to a game of pool, or cool off in the swimming pool! We promise you won't be bored at this house! Experience what the Northern Outer Banks has to offer!
Level 1: On the ground level, there is a fun-filled game room with a pool table, corn hole game and TV, as well as slider doors leading right out to the amazing private pool area that is surrounded by lounge chairs! The BBQ grill and picnic table offer the perfect lunch and evening family dining area! On this same level, there are also two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and a single, and a queen room which has private access to the full hallway bath. The bedrooms and game room all have Roku TVs.
Level 2: The midlevel of this spacious home is where you will find a separate, comfortable den area with a seasonal gas fireplace, Roku TV, wet bar, microwave, and slider to the deck. Here, you can also relax or enjoy the hot tub. There are 3 bedrooms with ROKU TVs on this level including 1 queen bedroom with full bath, 1 queen room, 1 pyramid bunk bed, and a full bathroom with jetted tub.
Level 3: The wide-open top level boasts a great room with big comfy furniture, coastal decor, a second gas fireplace, ocean views, and a Roku TV! There are 2 dining room tables seating 16, plus seating at the bar for 4 more! The well-stocked kitchen is where memorable family meals will be prepared! The king bedroom includes a big-screen Roku TV, a huge bathroom with jetted tub, and a private door to the deck!
In addition to all of this, you can also take advantage of all that Monteray Shores has to offer including community pools, clubhouse with WIFI, gym, bike and walking trails, playground, tennis, pickleball, 3 basketball courts, AND TWO community Piers for fishing and crabbing! Monteray Shores is the only community on the North Beaches that offers a boat launch for small crafts (kayak, sailboat, jet ski)! The boat launch is available ONLY during regular clubhouse business hours.

However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hot spot or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.
