Moisture was terrible in the room; carpet,floor, were wet bed was kind of wet,all metal fixtures were rusted tub was rusted too, we were too tired to even move to a new room.the staff were really nice.

At first went online to reserve the 2 rooms for my trip if I hadn’t called the hotel property my rooms wouldn’t have be booked but when I got there had to wait a while and the mosquitos were bad other than that everything else was ok hotel needs an upgrade kind of dark and parking for handicap is terrible

Our rooms were clean and cold, the hallway and lobby were extremely hot and humid. It was hard to get the cart on and off the elevator due to the floor being messed up.

Deplorable
Bed bugs!! That should say it all but everything was bad. Shower rusted. Dirty towels with pubic hair. Toilet seat paint chipping. Electrical Outlets without proper installation and wires showing. Ac not working properly. Humid musty smell in halls. Downright dirty. I don’t believe this to be completely the fault of the staff. These kind of problems come from the top. Clearly this hotel is not being maintained at all. Shame on Wyndham. Staff was understanding and refunded me when I checked out at midnight to go home after finding the bed bug in my daughters’ bed. Drove hours to get home in the middle of the night. Very stressful.
