Just a stroll to the beach, this (2nd floor) 1-bedroom condo is the ideal surroundings for special occasions for 2 (or 3) adults max, or a small family of 4 ~ with its splendid resort-style amenities ~ heated pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness gym + more! (((Update! Pool & hot tub will be CLOSED thru Apr 21, 2025.)))

Have a special occasion to celebrate? An anniversary, a birthday, a triumph – just married? – or just plain need some sun, serenity and a glimpse of the sand and sea? Dover Delight

The one month rental unit was excellent in every respect. Everything inside exceeded our expectations . Close to the beach, Corpus Christi, restaurants & a variety of small towns. Until the very last week; there were always places to go & things to do. This, our 2nd trip to Texas was interesting, educational & fun. The Texans are really friendly!

The owner goes above and beyond to provide what you may need. Responsive and helpful. Unit was clean and well kept. The only thing we wish we had was a rug on either side of the bed and under our feet at the sofa but the weather was unusually cold during our stay so this may not be an issue normally we definitely would stay here again. .

Awesome Property on North Padre

I've stayed in several condos at Beach Club and this one is absolutely the best. Extremely clean and the bed is so comfortable. If you're looking for a place to stay this one must be on your list. I only hope it's available next time i'm down.

September Getaway

This was my second stay at The Dover and like the time before, it was perfect and like last time, the condo was sparkling clean and fresh when I arrived. The hosts have thought of everything even things I didn't know I needed! I love the location of the Condo, one just has to step out onto the balcony to see the water and beautiful beach. The kitchen had everything I needed to include an awesome blender and a Keurig. I hope to return next year!

Clean pretty place. Close to beach access and restaurants. Nice pool for the kiddos. Bed was not comfortable at all, seemed pretty old and “springy”. The owners responded promptly to questions. Overall loved the complex.

Very nice, clean unit. One block from Whitecap Beach. The only improvement I can think of are better instructions for Nest thermostat and how to operate the TVs, which were both new and different to us.

Cute Condo Near The Beach

The condo was exactly as described on VRBO. No surprises. All kitchen and laundry appliances worked perfectly. Had a problem with cable TV on arrival. Owner promptly came and then a neighbor came and helped me get it resolved. All in all we enjoyed the condo and would recommend it to anyone looking for a 2 bed 1 bath condo. Just a short walk to the beach.

Everything was great, good access to everything we wanted to do and then some. Our only concern was the people above us were very loud and they must of had a small child that ran around until late at night which made going to sleep difficult.
