Comfortable and Convenient
Amazing stay and conveniently located immediately off the ferry. Across from a gas station, pirate cruises, and restaurant. Everyone was super kind and their breakfast was great. My friend and I take a yearly trip to Port Aransas and know where we’ll be staying going forward!

Great hotel with golf cart rental just outside.
Our family of 6 enjoyed our 2 night stay. The room was clean and enough space for the 6 of us. Front desk staff was friendly, we liked the breakfast, and the golf cart rental just outside was convenient. No complaints.

Hotel is conveniently close to the Ferry, South Jetty, HCaldwell (fishing) Pier and Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center. This is the second time staying at The Place and we would come back. Breakfast has plenty of options to pick from (bagels, muffins, cereals, etc.) and beverages (milk, juice bottled water, etc.). Our room has a sofa and table for two which is like staying in an apartment. Our second stay was in Nov, weather was great and not crowded, no long waits for the ferry. Plenty of parking and well lit.

Lovely little hotel!
The front desk was so nice! They were super friendly and so helpful. The room was clean, and very spacious. The only downside of our trip was a guest very loudly enjoying their breakfast in the common area outside our room, however that has no reflection on staff or accommodations! I would absolutely stay here again!
